  • It Cost More for a Special Order; Right?
    Absolutely Not! There is no additional charge to custom order! We offer the same low prices on custom ordered furniture you'll find on similar merchandise that is on display in our showrooms. On upholstered furniture, the custom order price may vary depending on the grade of the fabric that is selected.
  • How long does it take?
    Delivery time varies by manufacturer and by the type of product. Some manufacturers offer "quick ship" programs that can get custom orders to you in less than 30 days. For many customers the wait is worth it to get just exactly what they want and an average of 4 to 6 weeks is a short time compared to the 7-10 years that they expect to keep and enjoy their new furniture.
  • How Do I Choose?
    Our showroom has a large selection of fabric samples and catalogs for our customers to choose from. Please feel free to look through the different options and your questions will be answered by our knowledgeable & friendly our furniture experts.
  • What If I Don't Like It, Am I Stuck With It? 
    Not necessarily. While most of our customers are pleased with the furniture that they custom order, occasionally an item just doesn't work out. We don't want you to be stuck with something you're not happy with. If for any reason your new custom order furniture isn't what you want, just let us know. We'll be happy to work with you!

    After you have placed your order, if any changes come up in the availability of your custom order or the expected arrival date, the Orange Park staff will contact you to keep you updated on the status of your order.
